Job Description

• 8-10years Experience
• Technical Writing, Training and Development, Training materials creation
• Understand the entire lifecycle of training, from analyzing training needs to creating content to delivery and evaluation.
• Ability to write across multiple modalities in learning/training and development - includes, but not limited too, live classes [ILT and VILT], online content [Learning/SGT, video], etc.
• Understand latest release of tools, apps, and relevant information to be able to effectively create, and deliver content; additional ability be able answer questions around content Develop content on, and for.
• macOS, iOS, and iPad; and, use a variety of tools to create content, such as but not limited to editing software,
• LMS/CMS, content creation tools/software Create training materials designed for in-person and distance-learning/self-paced, including, but not limited to, in person and remote audience[Instructor Led Contentl.
• web-based content such as instructional/informational videos and interactive self-guided format courses; including but not limited to pre-production, production, and post-production
